Somatic Coaching
Develop specialized ballet programs for athletes in other sports, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, balance, and agility to enhance their athletic performance.

Specialize in training dancers for musical theater productions, focusing on theatrical performance skills in addition to ballet technique.

Children can start taking ballet classes as early as 3 years old. However, it is important to choose a studio that offers classes for young children, and to make sure that the instructors are qualified and experienced teaching young dancers.
For ballet class, you will need to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. This could include a leotard and tights, or leggings and a t-shirt. You will also need to wear ballet shoes. You can purchase ballet shoes at most dance stores.
The frequency of your ballet classes will depend on your age, skill level, and goals. If you are a beginner, you may want to start with one class per week. As you become more experienced, you can increase the number of classes you take per week. If you are serious about ballet, you may want to consider taking classes every day.
